Origin Story

Our second Knockout Burger kitchen can be found amongst the towering metropolis of Canary Wharf. We’ve dropped in some black-belt battled-hardened chefs to prepare our signature burgers and sides. They’re already busy smashing out perfect combos of big asian flavours with classic burger style.

3 panko crumb tenders with a classic punchy peanut dipping sauce.

Chicken

Imagine the best Fried chicken burger, then imagine it doing a double roundhouse kick, punching through a wall and still looking composed.

VFC – Vietnamese Fried Chicken

Sriracha glazed chicken tenders, sweet chilli sauce, pickled carrots, mooli and cucumber, spring onions, coriander, mint, fresh chillies and crispy shallots.

Chicken Satay Burger

Crispy chicken tenders, coconut-peanut slaw with pickled carrot, mooli and cucumber, chillies, spring onions, coriander, ginger mayo and satay sauce.

KFC – Korean Fried Chicken Burger

Gangnam glazed chicken tenders, kimchi slaw, cheese, ginger mayo, pickled chillies, spring onion and crispy shallots.

Hot Damn Vietnam

Sriracha and chilli oil tossed fried chicken, shredded iceberg lettuce, pickled cucumber, spring onions, fresh chillies, Sriracha mayo.

Beef

For the puritans there is only one type of burger. Rightly or wrongly, you gotta respect the classic patty.

Knockout Burger

2x smashed beef patties, pulled teriyaki beef, cheese, Sriracha mayo, shredded lettuce, pickled chillies and crispy shallots.

2x smashed beef patties, kimchi slaw, cheese, ginger mayo. pickled chillies, spring onion and crispy shallots.

3x smashed beef patties, teriyaki sauce, pickled cucumbers, ginger mayo, spring onion and shredded lettuce.

Vegan

We don’t go in for hype, you either get it or you don’t. These burgers are awesome. The end.

Korean-style jackfruit patty, Gangnam glaze, kimchi slaw, ginger mayo. pickled chillies, spring onion and crispy onions.

Jack Belt Burger

Teriyaki glazed jackfruit patty, coconut-peanut slaw with pickled carrot and cucumber, fresh chillies, spring onions, coriander, ginger mayo and satay sauce.

Throw some sides into the mix for double the action.

Sriracha Salt Fries

Spicy skin-on Fries with Sriracha salt. Yellow belt spice level, nothing to fear here.

Sriracha mayo, spring onion, teriyaki sauce, crispy shallot, fresh chilli. Fries but completely and utterly owned.

Caramel Chicken, Sriracha mayo, spring onion, teriyaki, crispy shallot, fresh chilli. The first rule of Fatality Fries is, don’t talk about Fatality Fries.

Red, white and Chinese cabbage, pickled carrot, daikon, cucumber, spring onion and kimchi mayo. If you think you know slaw, think again.

Dips

Add your own flair, remember there’s no wrong answers when it comes to dips.

No savoury dish isn’t immediately improved by a good squirt. Don’t @ us.

Sweet Chilli Dip

Sweet chilli, be honest, it’s totally chug-able.

Sweet and sticky, because it’s not all about the heat.

Vegan Nuoc Cham Dressing

Our vegan twist on the Southeast Asian classic. Sweet, salty and slightly spicy – this is alchemy.

Creamy spicy mayo. We salute the genius who first combined these two sauces.

When peanut and coconut join forces, it’s like a flavour orchestra you can dunk things in.

Sweet Things

The final showdown, this is where true glory awaits.

Sweet Thai Pancake

Flaky, buttery warm roti. The drizzle of condensed milk and Nutella are optional but frankly, why wouldn’t you?

Warm bitesize donuts tossed in sugar and five spice, pour over the condensed milk as a finishing move.
